The new family spans 35W to 350W and delivers regulated single outputs from 5V to 48V DC, with features intended to simplify integration across automation, security, lighting control and building‑management systems.
Small footprint, flexible outputs
The LBA range combines a compact mechanical profile with adjustable output trimming to compensate for voltage drops and system tolerances. Low‑power models measure just 99 x 82 x 30mm (35W and 50W) and 99 x 97 x 30mm (75W), making them suitable where board space is at a premium. Output adjustment capability enables engineers to ensure accurate voltage at the point of load, improving overall system performance and component longevity.
Designed for global deployments
A universal 90–264VAC input and active power‑factor correction support efficient operation across different mains supplies. Efficiency reaches up to 90%, reducing heat generation and aiding long‑term reliability.
Models up to 200W are convection‑cooled for silent operation in noise‑sensitive environments, while the 350W variant incorporates fan cooling to handle higher power density and thermal loads. The products operate across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, addressing demanding industrial and outdoor conditions.
Robust safety and EMC credentials
The enclosed chassis‑mount construction provides mechanical protection against dust and accidental contact, a key advantage for deployment in industrial settings. Worldwide ITE safety approvals and Class I construction with protective earth simplify equipment certification and help meet end‑user safety requirements. Class B conducted and radiated emissions reduce the need for external EMC filtering, lowering system complexity and cost.
Integration and reliability features
To ease installation, LBA supplies use a screw terminal block with a detachable cover and include a visible power‑on LED for rapid commissioning and troubleshooting. Selected models offer remote ON/OFF control for system management.
