Zoho Corporation has launched Zoho IoT, a scalable low-code platform designed to empower businesses with customisable IoT solutions. This innovative platform enables real-time data collection and management from IoT devices, facilitating intelligent insights and streamlined operations. Businesses can automate processes and make data-driven decisions without requiring extensive technical knowledge.

Zoho IoT offers pre-built and customisable industry-specific solutions tailored to various sectors, including Industrial IoT, Smart Buildings, Energy Management, and Connected OEMs. Its compatibility with third-party hardware ensures rapid scalability and seamless integration into existing infrastructures, all while maintaining robust security measures to protect data privacy and comply with global standards.

"The Zoho IoT platform connects a wide range of IoT devices through a cloud-based system that provides robust data integration, orchestration, and visualisation capabilities—turning IoT solutions into virtual twins," said Jason Bloomberg, managing director of Intellyx. He emphasised that the platform’s low-code and AI features enable customers to create customized digital twin solutions, ultimately unlocking cost savings and enhancing business agility.

With advanced AI capabilities, Zoho IoT allows users to develop effective solutions efficiently. Businesses can convert data into actionable insights, predict system outages, identify anomalies, and optimize operations. This functionality is crucial for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

"We believe that connecting Things with business workflows is key to creating a seamless customer experience," stated Mani Vembu, chief operating officer at Zoho. "Zoho IoT is designed to offer customisable, flexible features across industries. Its low-code, interoperable, and secure framework simplifies adoption while delivering powerful functionality that elevates operational efficiency."

The platform's vertical-specific solutions are designed to address unique industry challenges. For instance, the Industrial IoT module optimises shop floor productivity and reduces maintenance costs. The Smart Buildings solution integrates asset and energy management into one unified system, while Energy Management helps businesses efficiently control energy consumption. Additionally, the Connected OEMs feature enables real-time insights and remote monitoring, unlocking new revenue streams.

Mike Tanyi, director of Marketing and IT at SHARC Energy highlighted the platform's impact, stating, "Zoho IoT provided an enterprise-grade, 'single pane of glass' that tracks energy and carbon savings, allowing us to demonstrate our solutions' real-world benefits effectively."

With its powerful capabilities and industry-specific focus, Zoho IoT promises to enhance business efficiency and customer experience across a variety of sectors.
