With the rapid technological advancements and the increasing complexity of the global market, traditional practices are considered to be losing effectiveness. Business professionals are keen to embrace innovative strategies to enhance workforce productivity and optimise worksite operations.

By creating a dynamic work environment with Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) Technologies, organisations can now leverage various tools, such as advanced data analytics and collaborative technologies, to foster a more dynamic work environment. These innovations not only streamline processes but also empower employees, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

Adapting in the Evolving Business Landscape

The future of business relies on the capacity to evolve and embrace emerging possibilities. Companies are proactively seeking opportunities to adapt and thrive amid the era of change. AI and the Internet of Things (IoT) are increasingly leveraged to develop more efficient systems that boost operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and deliver optimal service experiences.

The AIoT market in Asia-Pacific represents not merely a projection but an assurance of a promising future. It is anticipated to reach revenues of US$261 million by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 36%.

Growing investments in research and development further strengthen the market, especially within the AIoT sector. Technology firms and governments are channelling resources into innovation, resulting in advancements in hardware, software, and analytics. These advancements increase accessibility to AIoT solutions, encourage collaborations for customised applications, and lower costs.

AIoT in Practice

A notable example is Xeleqt Technology Innovations (Xeleqt) in the Philippines, which leverages AI and IoT technologies to transform collaboration between people and machines in sectors, like retail, construction, utilities, and manufacturing.

With Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) devices, Xeleqt makes it easier to streamline workflows, digitise repetitive tasks, and reduce human errors. This approach isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about creating a safer and more productive environment for essential workers.

Recent product launches, such as WorkTraQ, TimeTraQ, and OmniTraQ, exemplify this transformation. WorkTraQ is a wearable device that tracks location and activities, while TimeTraQ is a connected device that simplifies time and attendance with real-time payroll calculations and facial recognition.

OmniTraQ is a telematics device that ensures reliable data transmission in remote areas, making connectivity more accessible.

Arrow plays a supportive role in this innovation journey, supplying most of the electronic components, including AI chips and sensors. Their technical team assists companies like Xeleqt in addressing technical challenges and accelerating product development from design to prototype. This collaboration enables Xeleqt to focus on creating user-friendly solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key technology skills are crucial throughout the journey from product conception to manufacturing. With the advanced software tool provided by Arrow, Xeleqt can gain operational insights, optimise parts availability, and reduce risks throughout the product lifecycle.

Achieving success with AIoT

The rapid evolution of technology is impacting workplace dynamics. By leveraging AIoT technologies, organisations can create dynamic environments that streamline processes and empower employees.

Embracing these advancements can help organisations succeed in today’s emerging market, as they enable businesses to adapt swiftly to changing demands and optimise their operations effectively.
